Castle Crystalled

I appear to have slowed down on the old updates, but you know the old saying if you've nothing to say etc... blah blah. We've been busy working on the new song 'For No Man' getting it into some semblance of shape for Castlepalooza. Said 'palooza was last Saturday & was rather enjoyable, there's a great vibe in the Castle Grounds for the weekend, no hassle, everyone mostly arsing around with no real set intention, which is the way a festival should be in my mind. It's not really about the music even though the line up was rather good, it seems to be about having a good time, relaxing, hanging (over), & possily getting mashed, though I'm not sure what that means...

It's now Wednesday & due to a chance meeting with mister Cathal Funge at the weekend in Charleville Castle we're popping into Phantom tonight for a quick interview & a lash through one or two songs. Our shortlist for the songs have been the two from the 7" (coming out friday, plug*), which are 'Belong' & 'Align The Seas' & someone suggested our new one 'For No Man', which may end up being played either. We're all geared up for our gig this Friday night in Whelans with The Murder Clues & Little Green Cars, it's been a while & it's still our most fravourite venue to play, can't wait to hit that stage again. Bring it on...
